The Pocket Sprung Mattress is built around hundreds to thousands of hand-nested pocket springs, ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 count depending on the model chosen, each spring moving independently to respond to body weight and movement. Natural wool, cotton and silk fillings sit above the spring layer for breathability, and the borders are hand tufted and hand stitched for lasting shape.

It is made in a British workshop by mattress craftsmen rather than mass produced, and is offered in firmness options from soft to extra firm. The traditional spring-and-natural-fibre build suits sleepers who prefer a classic supportive feel over a foam-heavy construction.
