Premium Pilates Hand Weight Set

Three hand weights, 1kg through to 3kg, sit together on a wooden stand small enough for a shelf or tabletop and light enough to lift by its carry handle. Handles come in oak, iroko, American walnut or blackwood, paired with brushed stainless steel or bronze end plates, and the handle diameter runs to 31mm. Wood is sourced mainly from FSC-certified suppliers where possible, chosen for stability and grain quality as much as appearance.

This is a set built for progression: toning sequences sit at the lighter end, focused strength work at the heavier, and the rack keeps all three on hand instead of scattered across a room. Because the handles are solid wood and not coated metal or vinyl, they need the same care as any fine furniture piece and should not be dropped onto a hard floor, which can split the wood or misalign the central rod.
