About iHoverboard

Electric scooters, hoverboards, e-bikes and a folding walking pad make up the range, aimed at commuters, families buying for children, and anyone wanting an indoor way to keep step counts up through winter. Riders span kids on their first self-balancing board through to adults looking at higher-powered off-road scooters.

The hoverboard line runs from the H1, a 6.5 inch Bluetooth model with LED lights, up through the H2 and the off-road H8Max at 8.5 inches, alongside a go-kart conversion kit that turns a board into a seated ride. Scooters split into three groups: off-road models such as the W8, W9Air, iX4, iX5S and iX7Pro, with motors from 750W up to 2000W and tyres up to 11 inches; everyday scooters including the i8, i9, i9Max and i10Plus; and smaller kids' scooters such as the iK1S, iK3Pro and K6. The e-bike side covers the folding EB1S and U4 and the city-oriented EB3S and M50, while the JT31 walking pad and JT51 and JT52 treadmills serve indoor training. Replacement parts, from batteries and brakes to displays and fenders, are sold separately by model series.

iHoverboard operates from a warehouse in Oldbury and ships UK orders from there via DHL, DPD or Yodel, with a second European warehouse used when UK stock runs short. Products are sold directly through its own website rather than through third-party retailers, and it also runs a dropshipping programme for other online sellers.

Questions about iHoverboard

How long does iHoverboard delivery take?

Orders from the UK warehouse are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days and arrive in a further 1-3 working days by DHL, DPD or Yodel. If stock is only available from a European warehouse, delivery instead takes 4-9 working days.

What is the iHoverboard returns policy and who pays for postage?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but the return request itself must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. A restocking fee applies: 15% for electric scooters and e-bikes, and 20% for walking pads, hoverboards and kids' scooters.

Can I cancel or change my iHoverboard order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by emailing customer services with the order number. If the order has already been shipped, a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs and tariffs will be charged instead.

What does the iHoverboard warranty cover and how do I make a claim?

The warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship from the actual delivery date, including replacement parts and labour, but excludes consumables like tyres and brake pads and any damage from submersion in water. Claims are made by emailing support with proof of purchase and evidence of the fault.

What happens if my iHoverboard order arrives damaged?

Customers are asked to send the order number along with photos of the damaged packaging and photos or video of the damage to the product itself to customer support. The team will then help resolve the issue once this evidence has been received.
