About Tower Housewares
Kitchen and household appliances from a company tracing its roots to 1912, sold through major high street retailers and online across the UK. Households buying everyday electricals such as kettles, toasters and air fryers make up much of its customer base, alongside those replacing pots, pans and floorcare.
The range runs across cooking appliances and kitchen electricals, with air fryers built around Tower's Vortx airfrying technology in both single and dual basket formats, plus kettles, toasters and matching toaster and kettle sets. Slow cookers, pressure cookers and multi cookers sit alongside the small appliances, and the cookware side covers pots, pans and cast iron under named collections including Freedom and Smart Start. Beyond the kitchen, the catalogue extends into laundry, with corded irons and steam generators, and floorcare, including cordless and corded vacuum cleaners. Homeware lines add waste bins, sensor bins and tableware collections such as Cavaletto, Empire and Renaissance.
Tower positions itself as a long-established British name rather than a newer entrant, with a history dating back to 1912 and a catalogue built around named collections rather than a single hero product. Products are sold both through its own website and through high street retailers, putting it alongside the more familiar shelf brands in UK kitchen departments.

Questions about Tower Housewares
What makes Tower's Vortx air fryers different?
Tower's air fryers use Vortx Technology, which circulates hot air to cook food with far less oil than traditional frying, cutting fat and calories while cooking around 30% faster than other air fryers. The range includes single basket and dual basket models to suit different household sizes.
What is the difference between Tower's single and dual basket air fryers?
Single basket air fryers are suited to cooking a variety of foods for the family in various sizes to suit the household, while dual basket models have two baskets and two temperatures with Smart Finish and Match Cook technology for cooking different foods together.
How long does Tower Housewares delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday on the next day delivery option arrive the following day, while orders placed before 2pm on Friday arrive the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend are delivered on Tuesday, and orders placed before 2pm on UK Bank Holidays arrive two days later.
Does Tower Housewares deliver bulky items like BBQs next day?
Next day delivery does not cover large appliances or bulky items such as the BBQ range; instead customers are contacted to arrange a suitable delivery slot. Knife sets also require a signature on delivery.
Does Tower Housewares ship outside the UK?
Tower Housewares currently only delivers within the UK and does not ship to addresses outside UK borders, though it says this is something it hopes to support in future.
What does Tower Housewares charge for delivering knives?
Knives and other sharp objects carry a higher delivery charge than standard items, reflecting the extra handling and signature requirements involved.
What time will my Tower Housewares order arrive?
Deliveries are made between 8am and 10pm, and in some cases a signature will be required to accept the parcel.
