Higonokami

The Higonokami is a folding knife made to a traditional Japanese pattern, small enough to carry day to day and intended for general use outside the kitchen: outdoor tasks, crafts and odd jobs around the house. Unlike the rest of the Yuzu range it folds. That is the main thing that separates it from the fixed-blade knives sold alongside it.

It shares the same age-verification requirement as the kitchen knives at checkout, since UK law treats it as a bladed product regardless of size. Its appeal lies in that portability: a single folding blade that goes in a pocket, not a knife meant to live on a magnetic strip or in a block.
