About Beaverbrooks
Family-run since 1919, Beaverbrooks trades from 80 stores across the UK alongside its website, selling engagement rings, diamond jewellery and Swiss watches to shoppers marking anniversaries, weddings and everyday occasions alike.
The range spans fine jewellery in gold, silver and platinum, including rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, alongside diamond collections and own-brand lines such as True by Beaverbrooks and D.LOUISE. Watches form a significant part of the offer, with authorised stock from TAG Heuer, OMEGA, TUDOR, Breitling, Panerai, Hublot, Tissot, Zenith and Jacob & Co., spanning automatic and chronograph models. Beaverbrooks also holds exclusives, including a limited edition TAG Heuer Formula 1 Chronograph Automatic Watch designed in collaboration with the brand and sold nowhere else. Gift cards are available for those who prefer to let the recipient choose.
Founded by brothers Isaac, Harry and Maurice Adlestone, the business remains under family leadership, with Isaac's grandson Mark Adlestone serving as Chairman. Beaverbrooks was named the UK's first Natural Diamond Council Premier Retailer, and purchases can be spread over interest-free credit terms of up to 36 months, subject to status.

Questions about Beaverbrooks
Can Beaverbrooks resize an engagement ring after purchase?
Complimentary resizing is offered on full price rings within the first 30 days of purchase, provided the ring is unworn and of a style that can be resized. In some cases the ring will instead be exchanged for the correct size in brand new condition.
Can Beaverbrooks adjust a new watch bracelet to fit?
Free bracelet resizing is offered on new watch purchases, and for OMEGA, TAG Heuer, TUDOR and Breitling bought online the bracelet can be adjusted before dispatch using a wrist size entered at checkout. Other brands, and TUDOR, Longines and Rado in particular, need fitting in store or at an authorised stockist.
How long does Beaverbrooks delivery take?
Standard delivery arrives within 2 working days if ordered before 4pm, and is free on orders over £50. Next day delivery is available if ordered before 8pm on weekdays or 7pm at weekends, though some remote areas take longer.
How do I return a Beaverbrooks order?
Items can be returned unworn, in original packaging with proof of purchase, within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Online orders can be returned via a returns portal using a QR code or printed label, or taken back to any Beaverbrooks store.
Does Beaverbrooks ship to the Republic of Ireland?
Standard UK and Northern Ireland delivery is available, but the direct Republic of Ireland delivery service is currently switched off. Customers there returning items are asked to post the item back to the returns centre.
What does the Beaverbrooks warranty cover?
Beaverbrooks guarantees its products against manufacturing defects, and this can be honoured in-store or through mail order on production of proof of purchase. This guarantee sits alongside, and does not reduce, statutory consumer rights.
Can I cancel or change a Beaverbrooks order after placing it?
Customers wishing to cancel or alter an order need to contact the Customer Service Team directly, but once an order has been dispatched it cannot be altered or cancelled. In that case it must go through the standard returns process instead.
