Celotex GA4000 is a general-purpose PIR insulation board measuring 2.4m by 1.2m, available in thicknesses from 25mm up to 200mm. Its rigid polyisocyanurate core delivers a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, with low-emissivity foil facings bonded to both sides to improve performance when used alongside an airspace. It carries a class 1 fire rating and is manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ozone depletion potential and low global warming potential.
The board suits flat and pitched roofs, concrete slab ground floors, cavity walls and external wall sheathing, making it a single product specifiers can carry across several parts of a build rather than switching materials by application. It is lightweight enough to cut and handle on site with standard tools, and its tapered edge assists a tighter fit against studs and joists. Boards should be stored flat, off the ground and away from moisture until installed.
