Lunazone
Smart rings and bands for sleep and recovery tracking
Last updated on 26th October 2026
About Lunazone
A smart ring and a wrist band that track sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, SpO2 and body temperature trends, aimed at people who want nightly readiness and recovery data without signing up to a subscription. Buyers range from competitive athletes checking training load to anyone curious about what disrupts their sleep.
Two ring options sit at the centre of the range: the Luna Smart Ring Gen 2 and the Luna 2.0 with Dock Charger, the latter adding a charging case that keeps the ring powered for 30 days away from a plug. The Luna Band covers the same sleep, activity and readiness metrics on the wrist, with an interchangeable strap in hypoallergenic material and a metal buckle. A separate sizing kit lets a buyer test ring fits before ordering, since the sizing kit itself cannot be returned.
Lunazone's point of difference is the absence of a subscription fee: all health insights are included in the purchase price, which for the ring runs from $249 to $300 and for the band from $149. The company also publishes a Philips Biosensing report benchmarking the ring's heart rate and SpO2 readings against a Polar H10 chest strap, which gives buyers a measured accuracy figure to check instead of a bare claim.
