About Stormforce Gaming
Custom-built desktop PCs and gaming laptops sold direct to UK gamers, from entry-level Ryzen 5 systems to high-end RTX 5090 rigs. Buyers range from first-time upgraders working to a fixed budget through to sim racing and flight simulator enthusiasts who need a specific configuration.
The core range runs across NVIDIA RTX 50 Series, AMD Radeon and Ryzen, and Intel Core Ultra and Core i5 to i9 chips, with machines organised by price band from under £1,000 to over £3,000, and by game, covering titles such as Warzone, Fortnite, Valorant and Baldur's Gate 3. Named builds include the Carbon Core AMD, Lunar Elite Intel and Nexus Stream AMD desktops, alongside the ExoBook i9 and ExoBook 16 laptops in RTX 5070 Ti, 5080 and 5090 configurations. Beyond full systems, Stormforce Gaming sells monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers and external storage, plus peripheral bundles that pair a screen with a keyboard and mouse for a single checkout.
Systems are hand assembled to order using components from AMD, Intel, NVIDIA and MSI, with each build tested for compatibility and performance before dispatch. Every desktop carries a collect, repair and return warranty, arranged direct with Stormforce rather than through a third party, and finance is available through Newpay and Payl8r for customers who want to spread the cost.

Questions about Stormforce Gaming
How long does delivery take on a Stormforce Gaming PC?
Next Day Gaming PCs and peripherals ordered by 2pm are dispatched for delivery the following working day. Custom or built-to-order systems have an estimated lead time shown on the product page, and upgrading components via Supercharge Your PC extends this to 7-10 working days.
Can I cancel or change my Stormforce Gaming order after placing it?
Next Day Gaming PCs usually cannot be reconfigured once ordered as they are already built and packaged, but custom or built-to-order systems can normally be amended up until they enter the Build and Testing stage. Custom build PCs are not covered by the standard cancellation policy and can only be returned if found faulty within 28 days of delivery.
What does the Stormforce Gaming 3 year warranty cover and how does a claim work?
The warranty covers repair or replacement of parts including labour for three years, with mainland UK customers getting free collection and return; Ireland, NI and the Channel Islands get a return-to-base service where the customer pays collection and return costs. To start a claim you contact Stormforce by phone so the fault can be logged and diagnosed, and only hardware issues are covered, not software.
What happens if I return a Stormforce Gaming peripheral or graded item?
You must notify Stormforce within 30 days of receipt and then return the item within 7 working days of that notice, in its original packaging and perfect condition, at your own cost and risk. Postage and return postage are not refunded on peripherals and graded items, though exceptions may apply if bought alongside a Stormforce PC.
What if my Stormforce Gaming PC is delivered to Ireland, NI or the Channel Islands?
These orders are accepted subject to a £19.99 delivery fee and are invoiced without UK VAT, with the customer responsible for any customs duties or local taxes. The warranty for these regions is return to base, meaning the customer pays the collection and return costs if a repair is needed.
