Smart electric toothbrushes and water flossers for daily oral care
Last updated on 23rd September 2026
About USmile
Electric toothbrushes and water flossers make up the core range, aimed at people managing everyday oral hygiene at home as well as those with braces, implants or sensitive gums who need a more targeted clean. Brush heads, flosser nozzles, floss and travel accessories are sold alongside the main devices to keep them running.
The toothbrush line is led by the Y20 PRO, which tracks brushing with a live 3D oral map and gives real-time voice guidance through bone conduction, alongside a robotic-precision brushing action rated at 4mm per second and 200g pressure. Water flossers come in two models, the C10 and the newer C30, both portable and cordless; the C10 has a pull-out design, a 180ml tank, four pressure modes and a battery rated at 95 days per charge. Accessories cover Sonicare-compatible brush heads, standard, dual-flow and guidance-tip flosser nozzles, twin-line dental floss and a travel toiletry bag, with most items also sold as bundles pairing a toothbrush with a flosser.
The brand trades under Star Flare Technology LLC and sells directly through its own UK site rather than third-party retailers, with devices built around USB-C charging and IPX8 waterproofing so they can be used in the shower. Its toothbrush technology includes a patented cushioned brush head design and Type-C charging, developed as part of its own research and testing programme.

Questions about USmile
How long does the usmile C10 water flosser battery last?
The C10 is a portable, pull-out design flosser with a rechargeable battery rated to last up to 95 days on a single charge. It includes built-in storage for tips and offers four adjustable pressure modes.
What makes the usmile Y20 Pro toothbrush different from a normal electric brush?
The Y20 Pro brushes with robotic precision at 4mm per second and 200g of pressure, aiming to complete a full clean in two minutes. It also uses a live 3D oral map and bone conduction voice guidance to show which zones have been missed.
Is the usmile C30 water flosser suitable for braces?
The C30 is a cordless portable oral irrigator with a longer cleaning time, larger water tank and more adjustable pressure levels than the C10, which usmile says gives a deeper, more customised clean for braces, implants, crowns and dentures. Both C10 and C30 are aimed at improving daily oral care in hard-to-reach areas.
How often do I need to replace usmile brush heads?
Usmile recommends replacing a brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles show wear. Each brush head has more than 90 percent rounded bristles intended for gentler gum care.
Can usmile toothbrushes and flossers be used in the shower?
Yes, usmile states its products are IPX8 waterproof, which makes them suitable for use in the shower. This waterproofing also supports the sealed, hygienic design referenced in the brand's warranty terms.
How long does usmile delivery take to the UK?
Most usmile orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days after processing, which itself takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders over £50 ship free, while those under £50 carry a £9.99 shipping fee.
Can I cancel or change a usmile order after placing it?
If the parcel is still in the warehouse usmile will try to cancel it free of charge, but once handed to the carrier it cannot be intercepted. Cancelling after dispatch means the customer covers a £5 return shipping fee.
What does the usmile warranty cover?
usmile gives a one-year commercial warranty covering defects present at delivery or from manufacturing faults under normal use, though normal wear and gradual battery capacity loss are excluded. Claims are handled through remote troubleshooting first, with usmile deciding whether a return, replacement or refund follows.
How do I return a usmile order for a refund?
Usmile accepts returns within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the product cost if a customer is not satisfied. Further conditions are set out in the separate Return Policy referenced on the site.
What happens if my usmile order arrives damaged?
Usmile asks customers to report transit damage, missing items or incorrect items within fifteen days of delivery so it can investigate with its logistics partners. This reporting window is meant to help with carrier claims rather than limit any statutory rights.
