About Uthful
Uthful makes a daily NMN-based supplement blend, sold as a powder to mix into water each morning. It is aimed at adults over thirty who already exercise and eat reasonably well but want support for energy, focus and long-term health as they age, rather than a general multivitamin or greens powder.
The core product is the Premium Daily Blend, a 5g scoop combining 24 ingredients into one drink flavoured with blueberry extract and butterfly pea powder. It includes a 500mg dose of NMN alongside resveratrol, pterostilbene and spermidine for cellular ageing support, a B vitamin complex, vitamin C, vitamin D3 and K2, two forms of magnesium (malate and glycinate), zinc and copper, MSM, hyaluronic acid, L-theanine, choline, glycine and an electrolyte mix of potassium, chloride and sodium. The blend is manufactured in the UK at a GMP-approved facility and each batch is tested by an independent laboratory, Eurofins, for contamination and heavy metals before release. How long does Uthful delivery take?
Uthful ships UK orders using Royal Mail 48, so orders placed before 2pm typically arrive within two business days. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following business day and arrive within 48 hours of that.
How do I return my Uthful order?
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund, but only your most recent order qualifies. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase, plus you must request a return before sending anything back.
What happens if my Uthful order arrives damaged?
Uthful asks customers to inspect their order on receipt and get in touch immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so the issue can be evaluated and put right. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
How long do Uthful refunds take once approved?
Once a return is received and inspected, Uthful will confirm whether the refund is approved, and approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, customers are asked to get in touch.
