Timeless Six+

A hollow steel needle works with pure argon gas capsules. The needle passes through the cork, wine flows out through it while argon fills the space left behind, and because argon does not react with wine the flavour is untouched. The cork reseals itself once the needle is withdrawn, so the rest of the bottle stays sealed off from oxygen. It comes in a choice of finishes including Silver, Piano Black and Burgundy, and the carry case holds an aerator attachment along with spare needles and capsules.

A simple stopper only caps the bottle after pouring has already let oxygen in, whereas this method never lets air reach the wine in the first place. That makes it suited to natural cork bottles a drinker wants to open a glass at a time over months or even years, rather than finishing within a few weeks. A supplied screwcap adapter extends the same method to screw-top bottles.
